Group Ticket Sales

Group Bookings

  • Your group must have 20 or more paying guests to qualify for group rate tickets. Children aged 2 and under and carers are not included.
  • One free carer is admitted per paying guest with accessibility needs. Please see here for accepted forms of proof. If additional carers are required, please send supporting documentation to groups@marwell.org.uk
  • If you would like to book for over 100 paying guests, please fill out the form on the Group bookings page.
  • Your entire group must enter through admissions together, separate entries are not permitted. If you need to wait for your group to arrive, please do this on the grass area opposite the roundabout at the top of the hill rather than at the admissions gate where there is limited space.
  • Group bookings are not valid for special events such as Glow Marwell.
  • Once a group booking has been made, we are unable to make any changes, so please confirm your final numbers before purchasing your tickets.
  • Group tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or ticket transfers for guests who do not attend on the day of your visit.
  • Group ticket rate is not available at the admissions gate.
Gift Aid

Gift Aid is a government scheme allowing charities like us to reclaim money on your contribution from HM Revenue & Customs. If you opt to pay by Gift Aid we can treat the payment as a donation, allowing us to claim from the government 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate, making your visit go even further towards supporting our charitable work into the future. To be eligible to Gift Aid you need to be a UK taxpayer.
