Book tickets for your home education group here.

Select the date you wish to visit, and add the size of your group to the basket. Each booking must include one adult or carer, as a minimum.

Please be aware that last admission is 90 minutes before the zoo closes. You can check the zoo opening times for the day you wish to visit here. These rates are only available to home educators, and are offered Monday - Friday, through Hampshire term times.

  • In order to qualify for home educator rates, you must pre-book your tickets online.
  • Please remember tickets bought are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other date.
  • We are unable to offer a refund for anyone in your party who doesn't turn up on the day.
  • In order to qualify for home educator rates, your whole group must enter the zoo together.
  • We admit one FREE carer per special needs, home educated child (aged 2 and over). You must provide proof of accessibility needs at the Admissions Gate. Without proof you will be required to pay the adult entry rate.
  • Children under 2 are FREE.
  • Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Tickets are for general zoo entry and are not valid for selected special events.
  • Dogs and pets are not permitted in the zoo (except fully trained assistance dogs) and are not to be left in your car.
